Faith and the Power of Authentic Relationships

Do you ever feel lonely? Do you struggle with impatience? Do you ever wish you could retract your words? As an adult do you wrestle with your relationship with your parents? Your children? Do you know how to have a relationship with God? 

In this series of sermons, beginning in May as a part of Christian family month, Pastor Phil will guide us in a study of "Faith and the Power of Authentic Relationships."  Each week, using humor, stories of real people, and the latest research findings, we will explore what the Bible teaches us about the most important relationships in our lives. We will consider how we can cultivate and maintain friendships, what it takes to make love last a lifetime, raising children while loving our parents, what it means to "love your neighbor" in the workplace, and the keys to developing a personal relationship with God.

Abundant Life Groups are where it's at!

Don't wait any longer! Brothers and sisters in Christ doing life together is what the early church was all about. As we return to our Christian roots we find that getting closer to Jesus and to each other as part of an Abundant Life Group is both Biblical and life changing. Meeting times and places vary. If you need assistance finding an existing group or starting a new group we are here to help!

Childcare is offered for children through fifth grade for groups meeting at the church on select nights. If you are in need of childcare in order to attend a small group please email cward@asburyyork.org at least one week in advance to find out if childcare is available. Please note that all children needing childcare MUST be pre-registered.
